Bachelor's degree is preferred in a health‑related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.10 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field, with three (3) of those years in the healthcare industry; OR any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. In this role, you will lead discovery, analysis, and solution design efforts by partnering closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to shape direction, clarify priorities, and drive high‑impact outcomes.
