Ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies, including specialized areas such as mission-control and ground software, telemetry and command systems, mission planning and scheduling, payload tasking and monitoring, data routing, and automation. Experience recruiting technical talent across software and product engineering disciplines, including frontend/web applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure, software integration, test infrastructure, and distributed systems.
