What you'll do ️Own full-cycle recruiting for priority technical roles: sourcingscreeningcoordinationoffer process supportBuild and operate repeatable pipelines for: Software Engineering (primarily in-office), Product Management, Product DesignPartner tightly with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and keep processes movingDrive high-signal outreach tailored to Bay Area candidates (networks, referrals, targeted sourcing, market mapping)Run tight process management: funnel health, stage conversion, candidate experience, scheduling hygiene, close supportProvide weekly reporting on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and recommended adjustmentsWhat we expect you'll bring to the role Proven track record recruiting in the Bay Area tech ecosystem (this is not optional)Hands-on sourcer who can consistently generate qualified pipelines (not just manage inbound)Experience recruiting for at least two of the three functions: Engineering, PM, Product Design (all three is ideal)Strong market intuition: compensation bands, competitive landscape, candidate motivations, and "why now" narrativesHigh-urgency operator: comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and short feedback loopsStrong stakeholder management: can push back, recalibrate, and keep hiring teams aligned without dramaEarly-stage / high-growth startup recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for in-office/hybrid teams in San FranciscoFamiliarity recruiting AI/ML-adjacent engineering profilesOur Values️Heart: A team that is passionate about what they do, with a heart of giving back.
