Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR preferred•5–7 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing background strongly preferred•Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus)•Strong working knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)•Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills•Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
