Coordinate and facilitate cultural assessment activities; Determines appropriate facilitation methods for interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities; Identifies organizational trends, morale concerns, communication barriers, and operational risks requiring further review; Utilizes professional facilitation and interview techniques to gather candid feedback regarding organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, communication practices, operational consistency, employee morale, professionalism, and workplace climate; Supports the Culture Coach in fostering trust, transparency, and meaningful stakeholder participation throughout the cultural assessment process; Coordinates operational and logistical components of cultural assessments; including scheduling interviews and focus groups across multiple shifts, coordinating site visits, facilitating stakeholder participation, arranging meeting locations, distributing assessment materials, and maintaining assessment timelines consistent with program expectations and notification requirements; Travel to locations within the State of Colorado; Other duties as assigned.
