In this role, the incumbent will serve as a strategic partner, develop and interpret policy and procedures, conduct internal investigations, be involved with the grievance process and collective bargaining, lead the reasonable accommodation process, monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, and perform other work as required. The candidate should be self-motivated with the aptitude for independent judgment, good problem-solving, conflict resolution, organizational, time management, and project management skills, along with the ability to take charge of multiple projects at the same time and see them through completion.
