Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting- Provide medication reminders - Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients- Communicate with clients' families to provide updates on their loved one's well-being- Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel- Adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements & Preferences:- MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
