Projects primarily focus on recruitment marketing but include employer brand support for specific clients, ranging from content development and promotion (for example, website, email and social media) to digital advertising and sourcing tool best practices.
Work with marketing and client leadership to develop & execute strategic employment branding and recruitment marketing plans including but not limited to: employer value proposition, market awareness, content, job promotion, audience nurture and engagement .
