Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute monthly and annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targetsIdentify, recruit, and develop new UTV dealers and key accounts across the U.S.Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, contract negotiation, order management, and delivery follow-upBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry stakeholdersDealer Network ManagementEstablish, develop, and manage the authorized UTV dealer networkMonitor dealer performance, including equipment sales, inventory levels, pricing strategy, parts availability, and service capabilitiesDeliver product training and sales enablement programs to dealer teams to drive performance and market growthMarket & Competitive IntelligenceAnalyze market trends, customer demand, and industry developmentsMonitor competitor activity, including pricing, product offerings, promotions, and policiesIdentify growth opportunities across key sectors and regionsQualificationsExperience35+ years of sales or sales management experience within the UTV/ATV, powersports, heavy equipment, or related industriesExperience working with dealer networks and channel sales preferredKnowledgeStrong understanding of UTV/ATV products, applications, and target customer segmentsFamiliarity with equipment financing, leasing, and insurance is a plusSkills & AbilitiesProven ability to develop dealer networks and drive revenue growthStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to travel extensively within the United States (approximately 50%+)Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (USD $80,000$120,000) plus performance-based incentivesCompany car allowance and travel reimbursementComprehensive benefits package.
