Renal specialty experience required: renal transplant, peritoneal dialysis catheter management, hemodialysis familiarity, surgical drains, TPN, wound care, diabetic encephalopathy, acute renal rejection, and thymo administration — minimum 2 years. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, pre/post hemodialysis management, isolation precautions, and respiratory support (nasal cannula, oxygen face masks).
