Working collaboratively with Nursing leadership, program directors, deans, curriculum teams, and the Office of Academic Affairs, this position supports the implementation of evidence-based Nursing pedagogy, instructional excellence, student learning outcomes, NCLEX success initiatives, and simulation-based education. Collaborate with nursing leadership and the Office of Academic Affairs to evaluate faculty development needs, analyze program outcomes, support accreditation and regulatory requirements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen retention, completion, and student success.
