5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction * Strong background in interior fit-outs and tenant improvement projects * Experience with office, banking, healthcare, retail, or restaurant projects * Working knowledge of Procore and construction documentation processes * Local knowledge of the Miami-Dade and Broward construction market preferred.
