Provides technical and clinical support to surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team, including positioning, prepping assistance, obtaining instruments or equipment, and responding to emergent needs. Implements the medical and nursing plan of care by serving as the circulating RN, coordinating sterile field setup, ensuring accurate counts, and maintaining patient safety throughout all phases of the surgical procedure.
