In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care. CV Pre-Op/PACU is a fast-paced, specialized outpatient procedural unit providing exceptional perioperative and postoperative care to patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Operating Room, and other advanced cardiovascular procedures.
