Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete nursing assessments and client assessments that include intake, evaluating a client's ability to meet the admission criteria for that particular department, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and abuse/neglect. Demonstrate the ability to accurately assess and document a client's medical status; including but not limited to taking vital signs, height, weight, BMI, and suicidal ideations reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
