Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, managing neonates less than 28 weeks and up to term, administering medications and therapies such as blood products, antibiotics, and vasopressors, and performing advanced procedures including UAC, UVC, and ventilator management. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, includes weekend shifts and float requirements between labor & delivery and obstetrics units.
