BLS certification required Home health or hospice nursing experience required Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care Experience with symptom assessment, pain management, and medication administration Strong patient and family education and support skills Reliable transportation for home visits Ability to float between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
