Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/US GAAPServe as primary liaison for external audits, ensuring efficient reviews and strong relationshipsOversee shared services general accounting activities to ensure quality and consistencyPartner cross-functionally (Controlling, OTC, Tax, Treasury) to align on reporting and close processesDrive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting efficiencyProvide accounting guidance and insights to support business decisionsSupport M&A, system implementations, and other strategic finance initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and Big 4 experience strongly preferred7+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong technical accounting expertise (US GAAP or IFRS)Experience with financial reporting, audits, and accounting researchAdvanced Excel; SAP or similar ERP experience a plusStrong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
