Lead or co-lead the asset management and financial workstreams for refinancing and recapitalization initiatives in partnership with Real Estate and Finance leadership, including financial analysis and debt sizing, evaluation of financing alternatives, coordination with lenders and other transaction partners, due diligence, internal approvals, and execution through closing. Partner with Real Estate leadership on acquisition, preservation, redevelopment, repositioning, partnership, and other strategies, and with Operations leadership on management services where Archway is contracting with mission-aligned owners, providing the Asset Management perspective on long-term property performance and financial sustainability.
