As the Lead Non-Clinical Case Manager, you will serve as a key personnel member for the VTARNG Non-Clinical Case Management contract, overseeing a team of Registered Nurses and Medical Records Technician, ensuring coordination, and quality assurance for non-clinical case management operations, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and effective execution of VTARNG medical readiness requirements. Coordinates non-clinical case management by supporting readiness events, maintaining case records, managing documentation systems, preparing board packages, communicating with Soldiers and stakeholders, and tracking medical readiness.
