<h3>About the Opportunity</h3>Our client is a leader in the energy sector with an urgent need for a hands-on Project Manager to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal project teams. This is a mission-critical role responsible for managing timelines, quality, and communication across all phases of pipeline projects. The role is remote, but the project site is located in Allentown, PA, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic location within the energy sector.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as the single point of contact between external clients and cross-functional teams (engineering, permitting, construction).</li><li>Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and progress reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment.</li><li>Translate client expectations into actionable work plans, schedules, and deliverables.</li><li>Oversee pipeline construction activities including ROW acquisition, permitting, QA/QC, and contractor coordination.</li><li>Track budgets, manage change orders, and provide project reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure all project activities comply with DOT/PHMSA standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Construction Management.</li><li>5 years managing pipeline projects in oil & gas, with strong customer-facing experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of PHMSA 192/195, DOT, FERC permitting, ROW acquisition, and midstream construction practices.</li><li>Proficient in project scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera, MS Project, Excel).</li><li>Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, a major plus, not required.</li></ul> Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.PEAK believes that taking care of our team is essential for success and we are proud to provide benefits that enhance both your well-being and your future. This role will be responsible for modeling and converting existing Transmission and Distribution network models currently developed in CYME and GE PSLF into pandapower-based Python models, working with NVIDIA resources and performing steady state powerflow analysis for these models using GPUs and CUDA libraries. The ideal candidate combines strong power systems fundamentals, hands-on experience with planning tools, and programming skills, and is excited to work at the intersection of power engineering and high-performance computing.
