Job duties will include preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties in our cases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties. This person must be organized, detail oriented, experienced, hard-working, enthusiastic, and team oriented, This is a full-time billable position with an hours requirement of 1,750 annual billable hours.
