Requires High School graduation or GED equivalent and two (2) years of experience in performing building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, alarm systems and minor construction maintenance and repairs; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Performs complex maintenance and diagnostic services for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and similar systems maintenance, repair or construction of county facilities or structures.
