The position works closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, contractors, vendors, and OEM representatives to improve equipment uptime, execute plant shutdowns and projects, control maintenance costs, and support long-term plant reliability. The Senior Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor provides leadership for maintenance, facilities, reliability, parts management, fabrication, and automation and controls activities in a 24-hour manufacturing environment.
