Partnering closely with the Financial Services team, the Senior Financial Data & Systems Analyst supports core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, variance analysis, long-range planning, and investor reporting for Brightview's growing portfolio. Integrate and further expand financial and operational source data into the cubic data model (GL, UKG, Concur, occupancy, development, amortization schedules, loan details, investor performance KPIs, etc.), in partnership with the Business Intelligence team.
