Using unbiased genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 guide RNA library screens and whole kinome analyses, we have identified promising novel therapeutic targets such as VLDLR, GAS6/TAM, and PKN1 whose targeting may separate the inflammatory diseases from the beneficial healthy immune responses, such as graft-vs-leukemia/tumor effects, anti-tumor and anti-infection responses.
