Working in a structured Stage-Gate innovation environment, this role will support innovation project from early-stage concepts to industrialization and commercialization partnering across R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, quality and marketing to deliver high-performance composite solutions used across wind energy, automotive, construction, and infrastructure. The Research Scientist - Composites Chemistry & Product Innovation is a hands-on R&D role focused on supporting the synthesis and optimization of fiber sizing and coating chemistries compatible with thermoset and thermoplastic resin systems through fiberizing, prototyping, and testing.
