The Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research – Pharma will serve as a strategic HEOR leader for Alcon’s pharmaceutical portfolio, translating clinical, economic, real-world, and patient-centered evidence into actionable strategies that support product development, value demonstration, reimbursement, and patient access. Identify evidence gaps and translate payer, health technology assessment, provider, and patient needs into prioritized research plans, including evidence synthesis, burden-of-disease studies, real-world evidence, patient-reported outcomes, comparative effectiveness research, and economic modeling.
