This role establishes and advances the infrastructure needed to support clinical inquiry, research design, regulatory compliance, grant development, scholarly dissemination, and translation of evidence into practice to improve patient, family, workforce, and organizational outcomes. The Director collaborates with the Rebecca D. Considine Research Institute, Nursing leadership, clinical and operational leaders, Population Health, academic partners, and interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of scientific inquiry and evidence-based decision making.
