Students may assist with packaging improvements, material qualifications, sustainability initiatives, line trials, technical documentation, cost savings projects, and packaging specifications while working closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external suppliers. Regardless of team placement, co-ops will gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and developing technical, analytical, and project management skills in a fast-paced consumer healthcare environment.
