Projects may include running cell-based experiments to see how immune and tissue cells respond to signals, studying signaling pathways and receptors, building disease models (including stem-cell-derived models), supporting preclinical studies in mice, and analyzing and presenting results to the team. Most projects involve hands-on laboratory work using techniques such as cell culture, ELISA, flow cytometry, Western blotting, qPCR, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, molecular biology, gene-editing approaches, and data analysis.
