Associate's degree or higher in public health, public administration, accounting, finance, statistics, economics, business administration, or related field AND two (2) years or more of experience with public health, public administration, accounting, budgeting, fiscal auditing or analysis, or related field that includes experience monitoring programs, funding sources, or staff. Working with multiple public agencies, insurance companies and health care providers, and private interest groups will require effective skills in communications, managing conflict, conducting meetings and teleconferences, group process and decision making, and public participation skills.
