The Residential Engineer diagnoses, provides service and repairs to residential common area equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior repairs, paint and decorating. Perform a variety of building maintenance duties including painting and wallpapering, window installation and repair, floor treatment and repair, door hanging and repairing, and exterior wall surfaces.
