Master's degree preferred in a human services, healthcare administration, social work, public administration, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field, plus at least three years of related experience, including two years of administrative or supervisory experience; or bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least five years of related experience, including two years of administrative or supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and demonstrated leadership in residential, healthcare, human services, or regulated service operations. • Working knowledge of Office of Developmental Programs requirements, Chapter 6400, Chapter 6100, Community HealthChoices where applicable, Individual Support Plans, behavior support plans, incident management, medication administration, service documentation, census reporting, payroll review, residential staffing, quality assurance, corrective action, budget monitoring, and Therap or comparable systems.
