The Order Management Manager leads a team of seven Project Managers and two Contract Specialists responsible for moving each customer project from finalized sale through accurate custom ordering, manufacturer confirmation, material readiness, and installation. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Remeasure, Installation, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to improve handoffs, maintain visibility into order status, and ensure materials are complete and ready before scheduled installations.
