Other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting, which includes one (1) year experience as a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Client Support Worker 3 (SSS012) or equivalent position.
