Shared services include Total Rewards, HR Compliance/Labor Relations, HR Service Center, Leave of Absence/Disability Management, Learning and Organizational Development, Wellness and Diversity & Inclusion The VP HR - HH establishes priorities, clarifies decision rights, monitors service levels, resolves escalated issues, and ensures that the employee experience is seamless across local and shared service teams. The role is a visible member of the Huntington Hospital executive leadership team, a trusted advisor to the President and senior leaders, and an active contributor to Cedars-Sinai enterprise HR strategy, governance, talent reviews, succession planning, and transformation initiatives.
