Operates point-of-sale systems, which includes the recreational software used for membership, registrations and department programming; accepts cash and credit payments, makes accurate change, maintains cash drawers, and accurately reports sales if assigned to facilities with concession and/or admission sales. If assigned to a facility with a concession stand, reports complaints, problems, and needs concerning equipment and food supplies to appropriate supervisor such as defective, damaged, or lost utensils, supplies and equipment, spoiled or unattractive food, and menu complaints.
