The Manager works directly with Operations, HSE, Engineering, subcontractors, crane providers, Lift Directors, operators, riggers, and project leadership to ensure lifting activities are properly planned, reviewed, coordinated, and executed in accordance with Integra requirements. The position maintains a strong field presence and focuses on eliminating Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) exposure through effective lift planning, direct controls, competent-person verification, field assessments, PausePoint engagement, and consistent execution of SafeState and Energy-Based Safety (EBS) principles.
