Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Critical Care Experience required License: Valid Respiratory Care License Certifications: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential through NBRC, BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Ability to analyze, prioritize, and evaluate patient needs in an efficient and effective manner - Ability to assess, recommend, implement, and modify respiratory care procedures by protocol or by physician order - Initiate, maintain, troubleshoot, and wean patients from various respiratory equipment, such as mechanical ventilation and BiPAP - Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to educate staff, physicians, and patients related to disease processes, treatment, and/or medications Description: Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in Respiratory Care Services.
