Experience/Skills: Adult Critical Care, ED, extubation, airway placement, oral/nasal suctioning, tracheostomy care, pulmonary hygiene, sputum collection, ABG draws and interpretation, mechanical ventilation weaning, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, aerosol therapy, and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms. Procedures: Non-invasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ABG draws/analysis, and chest physiotherapy.
