The Clinical Program Director establishes, administers, and directs the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program, a self-contained clinical team that provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to sixty-eight clients with serious mental illness and who are involved with the criminal justice system. Duties include: Overseeing the direct day-to-day clinical operations including staff scheduling, morning meetings, coordination among staff members, and evaluation of treatment activities to ensure excellence of care to meet the individuals ever changing needs.
