Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all Caltech Dining Services facilities, surrounding areas, including cookware, flatware, and equipment. Clean doors, windows, sneeze guards, salad bars, drink machines, counters, walls, and all other surface areas that are food service operated and related.
