Essential Responsibilities: In addition, the expectation of the GE Aerospace AET Operations Leader includes: Grow cross-functional expertise by acting as the conduit between the EMS Additive Material & Process AET teams as well as other EMS teams (e.g., STAR), Design, Thermal, Low-Rate Production groups (e.g., coatings, braze, DCC), and Colibrium Additive. This includes facilitating AET Product Control Board (PCB) and Monthly Operating Review (MOR) meetings for the AET IPT as well as coordinating support with Metallic Additive, EMS, and DCC Operations leaders, managing section level metrics related to AET for the EMS department.
