We re looking for a hands-on Bakery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation including food production, customer service, staff supervision, inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a bakery, cafe, quick-service restaurant, or similar food service operation with on-site production.
