Mortenson is currently seeking an Underground Utilities Superintendent for our Civil Operating Group that will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Coach, supervise, and develop team members, conduct orientations, planning sessions, site meetings, supervise project partners, interview/hire/transfer/dismiss team members.
