Working with project managers, general foremen, foremen, and employees, this position identifies and corrects hazards, coaches safe work, investigates incidents, delivers training, and verifies compliance. The successful candidate must understand utility construction, spend most workweeks on active projects, address unsafe decisions professionally, and follow corrective actions through closure.
