As the senior-most leader on the contract, the Program Director is responsible for overarching program strategy, contract execution, government engagement, risk management, and integration across all mission areas-including operations, maintenance, logistics, engineering, safety, training, information systems, and program support. The Program Director serves as the primary executive interface with Department of State INL/A leadership, senior U.S. Embassy personnel, and HII-MT corporate leadership.
