Maintain EHS (environmental, health and safety) compliance by holding direct reports accountable for adherence to EHS policies, procedures and best practices; evaluating employee EHS performance via field observations and document review; reporting and correcting unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and providing feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance. Regularly required to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, talk, and hear; frequently required to perform repetitive movement with wrist and/or fingers; Rarely required to reach, grasp items, feel attributes of objects, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl, and climb or balance.
