Recommend procedures, systems, equipment, and machinery alterations to reduce cost, resolve problems, ensure product quality, reduce scrap, and improve production efficiency. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our servers are tasked with the primary responsibility of creating a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wing’s Guests by enthusiastically and effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Inform guests of specials and/or promotions (food and beverage), answer questions pertaining to the food and beverage menus, and be prepared to make suggestions to enhance the guest’s dining experience.

Host responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Provide service of high-quality meals; organize, supervise, and train dining services employees; provide a sanitary and infection free environment. • Supervise cleaning procedures to ensure safe and sanitary conditions are maintained within the food service department, including kitchen, dining room, and bistros.
